Exactly what I needed

Having toured France during a heatwave in the summer with my reckless 40s on my RNineT I realised I needed to use an insulated water bottle to keep water cold & I was also visiting various wine regions and would often buy a bottle for the evening. These 2l pouches are a perfect fit for my 750ml insulated water bottle and will fit a tall bottle of wine (Bordeaux style, not big enough wider bottles). Arrived to UK in a timely manner with no additional faff

A small bag.

Interesting that this is sold as a two litre bag, but really it is only one litre. A standard aluminium fuel bottle slides in nicely, but otherwise it's pretty tight for anything else. Also the seam where the drawstring gaiter is joined to the main body makes it difficult to slide anything in (also a bit of a problem with the larger '4 litre' one). It's beautifully made, but not waterproof. I don't think this bag is much use for anything other than for fuel bottles.

Not as essential as most of most Mosko gear

Every other piece of Mosko gear I've bought remains a valuable piece of my off road touring kit - holding up to years of abuse and feeling like it's designed for real adventure - but this product falls short. It doesn't feel like it was designed in the same practical way as everything else they produce - from the perspective of proper adventure riders. It's only really useful for narrow fuel bottles or soda - a touch too small for a Nalgene. It's a pain to get in and out of for anything that isn't tall enough to grab from the top but the biggest frustration is that it doesn't even have a waterproof lining (this is the same for the large pouch) so stashing smaller layers like balaclavas or neck warmers would need to go inside a dry bag. imo not acceptable considering the high price.

I use a reckless 80L on a ktm690, preferring not to use large tank bags so i have more maneuverability (I use a Mosko Gnome). I was really hoping for a versatile, compact stash bag with quick access, but this still seems beyond most bike brands. Unfortuanly, Mosko haven't cracked it yet.

Yes, it's well made and comes with 4 molle stix but I can't justify the weight/space considering its limited use.

We needed this.

"I bought this to carry an emergency motorcycle lift tool for my Reckless 80. First time I used a Molle device. Fit and finish typical MM excellent, and the molle was easy to fit on the R80. Didn't drop the bike this time so no data on crash worthiness but I guess the best thing is that I didn't notice it was there. A great way to get some extra space and it integrates well. Highly recommend."
