European Shipping Information:

Your order is important to us! We make every effort to deliver your order in a timely manner.

Please note that shipping and delivery times stated are business days and do not include weekends or holidays, as we are CLOSED.

We ship out of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, and most orders are shipped 1-2 days after we receive your order. Orders received on Fridays after 18.00h Central European Standard Time (GMT+1) or over the weekend, will process and ship on the following Monday or business day.

European Shipping Methods:

We ship worldwide with B2C. B2C uses premium parcel services like DPD (Europe only), DHL and PostNL (Europe and the rest of the world) and automatically selects the fastest way to get your new gear to you and your motorcycle.

Within The Netherlands your package will likely be send with PostNL.

Delivery time within:

 4 -5 business days:
Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, UK.

7-8 business days:
Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, USA, Israel, Japan, Rest of Europe, Middle East, Africa, S&C America, Lithuania, Romania, Iceland, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Canada, Asia and Oceania, Russia, Australia, China, New Zealand.

Express orders:
If you need your gear faster than our regular shipping options can guarantee, please contact us at We can create a shipment for you through UPS. The shipping cost will be significantly higher than shipping through B2C.


International Shipping out of the EU & Customs


Please account for the additional time that the customs office in your country may flag and hold your package; this can be anywhere from 5-20 business days depending upon the country.

  • Israel: beware of high import taxes and prolonged shipping delays (up to a month) when shipping to Israel from EU via DHL. If you have further questions about shipping options, please contact Customer Service.

International Tracking Info:

If you are having trouble receiving your package, please take the following steps first:

  1. Check your tracking and see if it's still in customs or with the local postal system. 
  1. Contact the customs facility for the country and/or the local postal system. The local postal carrier might be trying to drop your package and is not having success.
  1. Please email us if neither customs or the postal system can help you.

VAT/Import Taxes:

All customers out of the EU are responsible for paying for VAT for their country.

It is the buyer's responsibility to know and understand the customs laws regarding the country of delivery.

Due to EU export laws, we list the value of all shipments at their actual cost and cannot alter the value of shipmentsAdditionally, we have no control over the time shipments may spend in Customs Inspection.

South American, South African, and Israeli customers:

Please place your orders from and please consider researching and using a "Shipping Partner" for your shipping needs. They can provide you with an address located in either California or Florida and ensure the speedy, inexpensive and reliable delivery of your package. We've experienced complications shipping to Argentina, Brazil, South Africa and Israel.



We believe in providing our customers with the highest-quality product and service, and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of the purchase date for a refund if the item is unworn, in new/unused and in resaleable condition.

Please note, customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

Returns can take up to 2 weeks to process. This time period includes the transit time for our 3rd party shipping facility to receive the return and the time it takes us to process the return once received. You will be notified via email once a refund has been issued.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties, taxes or additional fees that may have applied to your order).

NOTE: Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

Items can be returned within 60 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new and unused condition without dirt or scuff marks or modifications


Returns - Apparel

Apparel can be returned within 60 days of purchase for any reason as long as they are in their original, new and unused condition

After 60 days, Store Credit will be issued.
