We design our products to take a lot of abuse. We stand behind them and want you to be totally satisfied.
If one of our products fails due to a problem with materials or workmanship, and the failure affects the functionality of the bag, we will either reimburse you for repairing it at a local sewing shop, repair it ourselves, or replace it, at our discretion.
All warranty returns must be pre-approved via email and must include a print-out of the return approval in the box. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For warranty repair or replacement on products which have been used or ridden with: the cost of shipping the product back to us is your responsibility. Once we confirm the item is eligible for warranty repair or replacement, we will pay the cost of shipping it back to you.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to the original buyer/owner of the bags and does not apply to factory second or prototype sales.
Sewn Bags and Hard Parts: Limited Lifetime Warranty
For sewn-seam bags (i.e. panniers/duffles) and hard parts (i.e. adapters/mounts), we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty. 'Limited' means that it doesn't cover wear and tear, neglect, misuse/abuse, aesthetics, or sun degradation. If you have a crash and damage one of your bags, that isn't going to be covered. However, if that happens, please contact us via email and we'll do our best to either a) get the bag repaired or b) replace it at a reasonable cost.
'Lifetime' refers to the practical life of the bag or hard part. All things wear out eventually, how long depends on the rider, the type of riding, the amount of use, and how well the bags are cared for. Our warranty applies to the 'practical life' of the product, which means we will evaluate the overall condition of the bag to determine whether a specific component has failed prematurely. By taking good care of your bags you can ensure a much longer life.
Welded Seam Drybags: Limited 2 Year Warranty
For bags with welded seams (i.e. internal liner bags or standalone drybags), we offer a two year warranty. 'Limited' means that it doesn'tcover wear and tear, neglect, misuse/abuse, aesthetics, or sun degradation. If you have a crash and damage one of your bags, that isn't going to be covered. However, if that happens, please contact us via email and we'll do our best to either a) get the bag repaired or b) replace it at a reasonable cost.
