We designed the Trail Tool Pack for riders looking for a light and minimalist tool organization solution. Constructed from durable 420d Ripstop Nylon 6, it stands up to abuse of trail riding and ADV trips, in a smaller and lighter package than a standard tool roll.

The compact design will be at home in space-conscious rider kits, with a shape and dimensions that fit in our Aux Pox, Reckless 10L leg bags, and Wildcat 12L and 25L tool pocket; or, it'll easily stash in a tank bags. The hypalon lash points allow easy mounting on Reckless and Beavertails MOLLE panels or other luggage strap points.

For multi-day ADV trips, the Trail Tool Pack has enough capacity for an ultralight tool setup. With space to include a paired-down ADV tool kit, tire plugs or a patch kit, and a CO2 inflator, the Trail Tool Pack is a great option for those wanting to ditch the flimsy tool pouch included with OEM tools and re-organize them in a more durable yet compact pack.

For enduro singletrack rides, the Trail Tool Pack has hypalon lash points for mounting on a fender or your bars bars with Voile straps (not included), or it'll fit in your day ride pack. It can easily contain the essentials for trailside fixes, like a t-handle and wrench set, zip ties, JB Weld, and combo tire lever / axle wrenches.

When unzipped, the Trail Tool Pack is designed to lay out across a motorcycle seat for access to organized tools. Double layer elastic loops in the main compartment provide lots of options for separating and securing wrenches, pliers, screw drivers, or ratchets. The interior features two zippered pockets, allowing organization of adhesives, Loc Tite, tape, zip ties, or safety wire; additionally, a zippered, clear re-enforced vinyl pouch makes a great place to store spare hardware, fuses, or other loose small items. Or, remove the zippered pouch and use it to store a multi-tool (like a Leatherman or EngDuro Tool) in your tank bag or bar bag.

The fold-out main compartment divider is dished on the open side, with two magnets embedded in the ripstop fabric, providing a simple work tray to contain hardware during repairs.

We designed the Trail Tool Pack with a hypalon panel on the back as a pass through for longer tools, keeping the overall form factor of the Trail Tool Pack small, but providing riders an option to contain tire levers, combo wrenches, Knipex pliers, or other long items. An included lizard leash allows secure lashing for tools mounted in the passthrough.
