    BMW R1200GSA - Oil Cooled Adapter

    This adapter makes it possible to install Mosko Moto panniers on OEM Touratech-made BMW R1200GSA Oil-Cooled racks, by creating a flat mounting surface on the exhaust side of the bike. It's fully compatible with the quick-release mounting system included with our Backcountry Panniers, as well as the fixed mounting plates included with our Scout Pannier System.

    Note that this kit is meant to be purchased along with a Mosko Moto Pannier Luggage Kit, and installation requires some of the hardware included with our pannier kits. If you intend to use this adapter kit separately, you will need to order a Puck Sak to install it.

    Please review the second photo before ordering, and visually confirm that it matches your style of rack. See the 'Product Specs' section below for model year compatibility information. Normally, one kit is required per bike.

    This adapter does not work with the OEM "Vario" style cases or mounting system.

    I have not installed this yet as I am still waiting on some missing mounting parts for the 2nd hand OEM racks that I bought recently. On first glance it is 'solid as' and looks like it will do the job. Along with that solid feel comes a wonder if the weight could be reduced somehow? Hence my 4 star rating and not 5 Other than that I am sure I will be suitably impressed when I put it to use.....another quality item from MM.
