I added the Mosko Moto First Aid kit to my Pannier system and am really pleased! I am an ER Doc, and have built out fairly extensive medical kits for my bikes to provide volunteer medical coverage on events like Gran Fondos, Triathlons and Obstacle Adventure Courses. That’s a bit more extensive of a set-up, but… I’ve dabbled in just about every type of kit on the market to find the perfect, all-weather option! I bought the Mosko Moto kit to bring along for the every day ride, mostly because I wanted the case and bright red dry bag. I thought I’d gut it and fill it out with my own stuff. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and the thoughtfulness of the contents, and so far I’m running it stock. I’m sure I’ll tinker a bit more over time. I will still sometimes need to pack a bit more (e.g. AED, cardiac drug kit, advanced airway stuff)… but this kit is a fantastic addition and now a full time companion on my rides.

It fits perfectly in the Aux Pox - or on my GSA in-between the bag and help pad - just above the exhaust with two blue Mosko straps...I contents of any of these kits can be debated - but for the average person this is a solid kit. Well done!!!

Superb First Aid Kit
The kit forms the basis of a very good first aid kit as you add items to tailor it to your circumstances.
The only caveat is don't add items that you don't have knowledge of how to use properly.
That said from my research I have added a tourniquet. I came across an accident a couple of years ago and the guy had lost his foot it was a short distance away, probably a couple of feet!!!. (Bad overtake, clipped a campervan at 30mph!)
Someone had stripped his belt off and had bound it around his leg.
I researched tourniquets and apparently once applied you now don't loosen it, you leave that to the hospital.
The tourniquet you want is the C-A-T Tourniquet, (Combat Application Tourniquet) it costs around $35 in the US and around £35 in the UK. its the one the Militaries use. Don't buy knock-offs or fakes, especially the Chinese sh*t as they will probably make things worse.
The red dry bag and Aux pocket means you can put it somewhere obvious so others don't have to do much searching if you're unconscious!
