Staff Accountant

Growing up in Southern California, I was always somewhere between the ocean and the desert. I was drawn to two wheels early, chasing my two older brothers and doing everything I could to keep up. That led to dirt bikes in the desert, and when that got harder to do, mountain bikes.
I ended up going to college in the tiny town of Pullman, WA, to study accounting of all things. While mountain bike access was limited, my love for the outdoors only grew through rock climbing, camping, and anything that got me outside. Truthfully, I had no clue what else I'd do, but I was good with numbers. What I didn't expect was to actually enjoy it. Boring reputation aside, accounting is really just a puzzle, and once I started thinking of it that way, it turned into a fun game.
Right after graduating, I knew I wanted a sense of adventure, so I hopped on a plane, rented a beat-up BMW 800GS, and rode from Lisbon to Paris over two weeks. That was it; I was hooked on adventure motorcycles. Nothing compares to riding through new places: the smells, the views, and the people along the way. A few months later, I bought a Ténéré 700, but then real life caught up again, and I took an accounting job at an insurance brokerage.
I wanted out of the traffic-filled commute and back toward what I was passionate about, and Mosko Moto turned out to be exactly that. Now the adventure I chase on the weekends and the work I do all week finally point in the same direction.
