    This Glass-Filled Nylon mounting wedge is great for setting up a second bike, or replacing a damaged part. Sold Individually. Mounting Pucks sold separately.

    Compatible with either the current Speed-Pin latches, or the older-style rotary draw latches. Both wedge options are Speed-Pin compatible, but the 'Rotary' option below includes the metal keeper needed for your rotary latch.

    IMPORTANT NOTE

    The older style HDPE mounts (pre-July 2016) are not compatible with the current glass-filled nylon frame and wedge parts. We no longer stock replacement HDPE parts, so it's time to upgrade your panniers with a Retrofit Kit. It's much stronger, and you will love the Speed-Pin latch system! Not sure which style you have? Check for the molded 'honeycomb pattern' pictured below. The HDPE mounts didn't have it.

    How hard is it

    Was getting ready for a trip to Ukraine when I realized I cant find one of my luggage wedges. Ordered a new one immediately, received to find out it doesn’t include any pucks nor the little metal latch to lock the luggage in place. Maybe its my mistake to think these parts should be included but it was an unpleasant surprise to have to manufacture parts to make the wedge fit and lock. Otherwise all good.
