The Phase CE-2 Hip Short is our low-profile, breathable armored short featuring CE Level-2 impact protection. It offers a high level of protection yet comes in a minimal, lightweight form designed for multi-day ADV trips and enduro-touring missions. The open mesh and unique armor design allow maximum airflow and breathability in a compression short built from premium materials that provide comfort on long-distance rides.

DESIGN

We approached this armor design knowing we wanted a minimalist, lightweight compression short that easily integrates in your kit under pants and base layers, and remains comfortable for full days of riding in any conditions.

Our compression short is constructed from open mesh and moisture wicking compression fit polyester and spandex a snug compression, providing a fit that stays firmly in place with superior comfort while riding.

Mosko Moto partnered with RHEON™ LABS for our CE-Level 2 amor pads. At its core, RHEON™ is an energy-absorbing superpolymer. Soft and flexible in its natural state, it intelligently stiffens when subjected to force. Made to feel invisible, its designed to flex to the curvature of the body for an adaptive fit. One of the elements that make RHEON™ different is its patented algorithmic design and 3D printing process. The combination makes it both lighter, and more protective. The unique cell packing allows for better impact absorption while allowing air to flow naturally around the rider, making RHEON™ Armor the most breathable protection on the market. I tested these out the hard way! I took a pretty bad tumble and the armor in the hip shorts did their job. Instead of a broken hip I have a bruise. They fit great, aren’t hot and do what they say they do: work. Highly recommend them.
