Discolored plastic and degraded in storage--a waste but have to replace... ![User picture]()

This bag is made of such terrible materials that despite only having used it a few times, the plastic map viewer is brown/gray and for some unknown reason has degraded while being stored in the bag to the point it has developed holes. HOLES!!!

We appreciate your follow up and are sorry to hear about the degradation of your rain cover. We were able to find this was purchased in 2020; while it does have some years under its belt , it shouldn't be in such condition. We will cover a new replacement under warranty.
